Terms and Conditions – winpkr14 Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and winpkr14 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account on winpkr14, making a deposit, accessing any game or clicking the Register button, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the winpkr14 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one account on winpkr14. Opening or using more than one account — whether under your own identity, a false identity or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, winpkr14 will close all but the original account, void all associated bonuses and may forfeit any balance derived from bonus activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

4.4 No Cash Equivalent Policy

winpkr14 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. Any attempt to deposit through an unregistered or third-party wallet will result in the funds being held pending investigation and possible return to sender.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your winpkr14 account are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A sports bet on winpkr14 is only valid once the platform has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference. Until that confirmation appears, the bet has not been accepted. winpkr14 reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

6.2 Incorrect Odds

If odds are published due to a human error, feed error or system fault, winpkr14 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned. This applies to all markets including in-play, pre-match and outright bets.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sports event is cancelled before it starts, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, winpkr14 will void all bets and return stakes. Where a DLS result is applicable in cricket, winpkr14 settles on the official DLS outcome as declared by the on-field umpires and match referee.

6.4 Accumulator Bets

If one leg of a winpkr14 accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs at reduced combined odds. If all remaining legs win, the accumulator pays out on the revised odds. The void leg does not cause the entire accumulator to be voided.

6.5 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout on a single sports bet or accumulator on winpkr14 is Rs 2,000,000 per settled transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific market. Winnings above this limit are paid at the maximum amount regardless of the implied payout from the accepted odds.

7.1 Disconnection Policy

A bet that has been accepted before disconnection will stand and any winnings will be credited to your account automatically upon reconnection. winpkr14 is not liable for losses caused by unstable internet connections on the player's side.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or chargebacks.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 9 above.

10.1 Closure of Account by the Player

Players may request to close their winpkr14 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after a standard verification check. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Dormant Accounts
